An Event Publishing service acts as a level of abstraction between authors of events and the RabbitMQ Message Broker, providing one or more of the benefits described in the Assisted Publishing access mode. This is achieved via a REST API for authoring Eiffel events, as opposed to Direct Publishing via RabbitMQ client APIs.
